Good evening sir/ma, On Sunday 16/11/2025 i made a transfered of 20,161.25 through MONIEPOINT POS with the following details Emmnuel Ofem Ekwe to REMITA CHECKOUT 457056556 Fidelity Bank with Refference no; 09040525111608351489055307889 for my Business Name Registration on CAC PORTAL, the transaction from the POS was successful but no payment receipt was generated nor sent to my e-mail, at about 8: 35am , i had to make another transfer to REMITA CHECKOUT 4570517663 Fidelity Bank with Refference no; 090405251116092724124708274792 at about 9:27am which was successful, a remita receipt was generated and sent to my mail.
Pls i hunbly REQUEST FOR A REFUND of the first payment of 20,161.25 that was not successful.
