Made payment but payment not confirmed on school portal and can't print receipt

I made payment on the 5th of November, a sum of 4,322.50 for UNILESHA POST UTME APPLICATION to a remita checkout fidelity account, with Acct Number 4579558255. It was successful, but it hasn't been confirmed on my school portal for POST UTME Application

please help us treat this fast as it is a matter of urgency.
